Vince is a Senior Cyber Security Leader with 20+ years of experience driving secure transformation, leading high-performing teams, and embedding security into technology processes. He has a proven track record in delivering security programmes aligned with ISO27001, NIST, and GDPR. With extensive experience, he is skilled in executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and building scalable security operations across multiple cybersecurity disciplines, including, incident response, risk management, vulnerability management, and Cloud transformation.
As a former Software Engineering Leader, Vince has deep expertise in DevSecOps, secure software development, and cloud-native security practices. With a strong track record of embedding security into SDLC and leading automation-first security initiatives across regulated environments, he is a hands-on practitioner and mentor with a passion for developer enablement, security-as-code, and delivering scalable security tooling in cloud-first ecosystems.
Vince has holds CISSP, CISM, and SANS certifications, and is a Fellow of the BCS.
